 SURVIVORS:  Parents, Father, Louie J. Bernardo, Apollo and Mother, Kathy A. (Lukehart) Bernardo,  2 Sons, Colinangelo Scott “Cage” Bernardo  and Dominic Louis  Bernardo, Medford, OR,  Half-sister, Amber (Thomas) Cousar, New Kensington, and Step-mother, Tammy Bernardo, Lower Burrell.

VISITATION TIME AND WHERE:  Friends will be received Saturday, from 1:00 P.M. until 3:30 P.M. at which time there will be a Funeral service in  the Giunta-Bertucci Funeral Home, Inc., 1509 5^th Ave., Arnold, JohnPaul Bertucci, Owner-Supervisor.
