Nancy Ann (Libengood) Greco

Nancy Ann Greco, 79, of Cheswick, died Wednesday, Aug. 29, 2018, in her residence. She was born Jan. 15, 1939, in Pittsburgh to the late Carl E. and Hannah (White) Libengood. She was the wife of John D. Greco, of Cheswick, for 38 years. A member of Mt. St. Peter Roman Catholic Church, New Kensington, she enjoyed cooking, interior decorating and thrift shopping. Most of all, she enjoyed being with her family. She wanted to be a fashion designer, but at the time, it was a male-dominated career. Nancy was co-owner of Auto Spring in New Kensington for over 40 years. In addition to her husband, John, she is survived by a son, Ronald (Bonnie) Braun, of West Deer; daughter, Roxanne (Leonard) Fanning, of Florida; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She is also survived by a brother, Carl (Nancy) Libengood, of Mars, a sister, Morna Hoy, of Indianola; and nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Daneen Shallcross; and a sister, Rebecca Lesar. Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday in the GIUNTA-BERTUCCI FUNERAL HOME INC. 1509 5th Ave., Arnold, PA 15068, JohnPaul Bertucci, owner/supervisor. Prayer of transfer will take place at noon Tuesday in the funeral home, followed at 12:30 p.m. by a funeral Mass at Mt. St. Peter Church, New Kensington.
