Betty J. Blank, 80, of New Kensington, died Thursday, Aug. 4, 2022, at Forbes Regional Hospital, Monroeville. She was born Dec. 3, 1941, in Pittsburgh, daughter of the late William and Doris (Sewell) Wilson and wife of the late Paul J. Blank, who died in 2020. Besides her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Billy, Bobby and Donald Wilson, and a sister, Carolyn Sismour. Betty loved crafts, Lionel trains, playing bingo, walking and especially spending time with her family. She also loved her cat, Binx. She is survived by her daughters, Kimberly Mauro, of New Kensington, Theresa (Kylie Dickman) Bartoszewicz, of Pittsburgh, and Lisa (Duane) Shenkel, of Clairton. Betty is also survived by her sisters, Barbara (Gene) Poeppert, of Pittsburgh, and Ruth Ann (Raymond), of White, Fla., and several nieces and nephews. Visitation and burial are private.
