Bonita “Bonnie” Lucchetti, 81, of Lower Burrell passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side on Tuesday, May 21. She was born in New Kensington to the late Joseph and Dina (Belli) Signorella. She was the wife of the late Vincent Lucchetti.
Bonnie was a beautician and had a hair salon in her home for many years. She was also the accountant at Lucchetti Auto Salvage. Bonnie enjoyed cooking, baking, traveling to Italy, attending her grandson’s baseball games, shopping, and trips to the beach. Her familia was her life, especially her grandchildren.
Surviving her are a son, Dr. Vincent Dino (Sherry) Lucchetti of Sarver and a daughter, Leslie (Danny) Lucchetti Kenzevich of Lower Burrell and 5 grandchildren, Vincent Lucchetti, Mario Lucchetti, Tristan Kenzevich, Angelina Lucchetti, and Adrianna Lucchetti. Bonnie is also survived by her sister Carole (Eugene) Montemurro of Lower Burrell and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Sunday from 1-3 and 5-7 p.m. in the Giunta-Bertucci Funeral Home, 1509 Fifth Avenue, Arnold, JohnPaul Bertucci owner/supervisor. A funeral service will be Monday at 9:30 a.m. in the Funeral Home with the Rev. Harold Mele officiating. Burial will be private.
