Celeste Joy Pomposini

Celeste Joy Pomposini, 57, of Arnold passed away peacefully on October 16, 2023 at UPMC East, Monroeville.  She was born on May 31, 1966 in Pittsburgh to the late Chester and Rose (Calabrese) Pomposini.  Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Pomposini and two sisters, Margaret Ustynik and Francyne Vagnozzi. 

Celeste enjoyed singing, dancing, attending community activities, her caregivers, her roommate, Mary, watching the TV series “Lost in Space”, and especially enjoyed spending time with her family. 

Surviving Celeste are two sisters, Nancy Ferma of Arnold and Rhonda Sufczinski of Lower Burrell.  She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins. 

Friends will be received on Wednesday, October 18 at 9:00 am until the time of a blessing service at 11:00 am in the Giunta-Bertucci Funeral Home, Inc., 1509 Fifth Avenue, Arnold, JohnPaul Bertucci owner/supervisor.  Burial will be at Union Cemetery in Arnold.
