Dominic T. Moret, 18, New Kensington, passed away Thursday, July 15, 2021, in his residence. Born July 9, 2003, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of William T. and Amy (Taliani) Moret, of New Kensington. Dominic was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Frank "Sonny" and Angela Taliani; and an infant sister, Angela Moret, in 1999. He was a member of Mt. St. Peter R.C. Church, New Kensington; attended PA Cyber School; and was a member of National Honor Society. He was a first degree black belt with Se-Jong Tae Kwon Do, and a devoted fan of Societ Sportiva Calcio Napoli, an Italian soccer team. Dominic fought a long battle with Leukemia. The family would like to extend a thank you to the staff of Children's Hospital for their compassionate care. He is survived by his parents, William T. and Amy (Taliani) Moret, of New Kensington; sister, Elena Moret, of New Kensington; paternal grandparents, William B. and Wilma J. Moret, of Lower Burrell. He was also survived by aunts and uncles, Cynthia (Ron) Sivak, Renee (John) Duffy, Nancy Giammaria and Timothy (Shannon) Moret; and many loving cousins. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday, at GIUNTA-BERTUCCI FUNERAL HOME INC., 1509 5th Ave., Arnold, PA 15068. John Paul Bertucci, Owner/Supervisor.
