Donald Peck

Donald Peck, 86, of New Kensington, passed peacefully with his family by his side on March 12, 2026, in New Kensington.

He was born September 1, 1939, in New Kensington to the late Andrew and Eleanor (Kowalkowski) Peck. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife, Dolores Peck, in 2020; and two sisters, Veronica “Vera” Allen and Rose Marie Gaydosh.

Donald is survived by his son, Donald Peck; two daughters, Renee Peck and Rosalind “Roz” Peck; his twin brother, Ronald Peck; and his sister, Dolores Pankoski. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Cherishing his memory as well are his two grandchildren, Madison (Anthony) DiLonardo and Liam Butler

Don proudly served his community as a firefighter and was a longtime employee in the maintenance department at Westinghouse. Known for his strong work ethic, he was a talented craftsman who enjoyed building and woodworking projects of all kinds. In his free time, he loved hunting, fishing, following Pittsburgh sports, and most of all spending time with his family.

He will always be remembered for his understated sense of humor, his unique perspective, and above all his willingness to always provide a helping hand to anyone in need.

Family and friends will be received on Wednesday from 10:00 A.M. until time of prayers of transfer at 12:00 Noon in the Giunta-Bertucci funeral home, Inc. 1509 5th Ave., Arnold PA 15068 Johnpaul Bertucci owner/ supervisor, followed by a Funeral mass 12:30 P.M. at Mount St Peters Roman Catholic Church, New Kensington.
