Eugene "Benny" Copeland

Eugene Benny Copeland, 82, a cherished resident of New Kensington (formerly of Wickhaven), passed away peacefully on April 19, 2024, at Canterbury Place in Pittsburgh. He was born to the late Eugene and Lillian (Hadley) Copeland.

Eugene was known for his love of music and cherished moments spent with friends and family. He found joy in singing and dancing and brought happiness to those around him with his melodic voice and dance. He leaves behind a large extended family, including numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In addition to his parents, Eugene was preceded in death by his brothers, Mace and Robert, as well as his sisters, Frances, Barbara, and Fannie Copeland.

Arrangements for Eugene's have been entrusted to Giunta-Bertucci Funeral Home, located at 1509 Fifth Avenue in Arnold, under the care of Johnpaul Bertucci, owner, and supervisor.

A memorial service to celebrate Eugene's life will be held on May 4, 2024, at 1:00 pm at the First Baptist Church of Ronco,371 Ronco Road, Ronco, Pa 15476, with Minister Tiffany Burden officiating. Following the service, Eugene will be laid to rest at Greendale Cemetery.
