Gary L. Davis, 70, of Valencia, PA, passed away peacefully on June 21, 2025, in Butler. He was born on January 5, 1955, in Springdale to the late William and Wanda (Kuzma) Davis.
Gary is survived by his devoted wife of 27 years, Sharon (Uric) Davis. He was a loving father to three daughters: Jennifer (Eric) Pelegrinelli, Lisa (Zachery) Brown, and Michele (Edward) Hetrick; and a proud stepfather to Kurt (Hope) Szymanski, Danielle (Doug) Gaspersic, Heidi Szymanski, and Bobbi Jo Graham.
He will be deeply missed by his five grandchildren: Autumn, Aydin, Alyssa, Austin, and Sophia; as well as eleven step-grandchildren: Brittany (Grant) Carson, Ivy, Nina and Kane Szymanski, Brielle, Jonathan and Phoenix Petrosky, Andi Graham, Gavin, Olivia and Colin Gaspersic and two great-step-grandchildren, Gracie and Crew Carson. Gary is also survived by his two brothers, Denny and Bill Davis as well as sister and brother-in laws, Mikey (Joe) Milligan, Shirley (David) Zawrotny, and Chuckie (Cherrie) Uric.
Gary dedicated 44 years of service to the PPG Paint Plant in Springdale, where he retired as a respected Maintenance Supervisor. A true outdoorsman at heart, he found joy in fishing, golfing, camping, and tending to his yard. Fondly known as “Mr. Fix-It,” Gary was always ready to lend a helping hand to family, friends, and neighbors. His loyal canine companion, Bailee, and the cherished memory of his late dog, Kailee, held a special place in his heart.
At this time, our family has chosen to grieve privately and keep our loss close to our hearts. With that in mind, the planned celebration of life for Sunday, July 20, 2025, has been canceled. We are deeply grateful for the love, kindness, and support that has surrounded us. Thank you for respecting our space and holding us in your thoughts and prayers. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Giunta-Bertucci Funeral Home, Inc., 1509 Fifth Avenue, Arnold, PA 15068, JohnPaul Bertucci, Supervisor.
