Geneva (Speights) Dixon-Jeffrey

Geneva Dixon-Jeffrey, 86, of Arnold, passed peacefully on February 23, 2026, in Pittsburgh.

She was born on July 27, 1939, in Alabama, to the late Evelyn Washington Speights. In addition to her mother, Geneva was preceded in death by her first husband, Judson R. Dixon, in 1990; three beloved children, Teresa Lynn Claypool, Vincent B. Speights, and Jeannine Boxley; and three sisters, Peggy, Lois, and Mary Speights.

Geneva leaves behind a legacy of love and family. She is survived by her loving husband, James Jeffrey, of Arnold; her daughter, Jacqueline (Marshal) Artis; eight grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by a host of cherished nieces and nephews, along with many dear friends and extended family members who will miss her deeply.

Family and friends will be received on Friday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m. at Mt. Calvary Missionary Baptist Church, 1150 4th Ave. New Kensington, Pa 15068. Burial will follow at Union Cemetery.
