Jo Ann (Sites) Adams

Jo Ann Adams, 85, of Upper Burrell, passed away peacefully on April 23, 2025, in Pittsburgh. She was born on February 12, 1940, to the late James O. and Rose (Tierno) Sites.

In addition to her parents, Jo Ann was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Franklin Adams Jr. (2006); her son, Kenneth J. Adams (2009); two brothers, James and Benjamin Sites; and her son-in-law, David Pulcini.

Jo Ann was a woman of many interests and quiet joys. She found happiness in bowling, crocheting, reading, listening to music, playing bingo, and doing word searches. Her faithful dog, Gabby, was a cherished companion, and her greatest joy came from the time she spent with her family.

She is survived by her children: Debra Pulcini, Tina (Thomas) Yaworski, and Michael K. Adams; her sister, Diana (Thomas) Reeder; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Per her wishes, visitation and services were held privately and entrusted to the care of Giunta-Bertucci Funeral Home, Inc., 1509 Fifth Avenue, Arnold, with JohnPaul Bertucci, Supervisor/Owner. Burial was private.
