Ludwig "John" Trgina

Ludwig “John” Trgina, 66, passed away peacefully in his home in Arnold, PA on July 28, 2025. He was born in New Kensington on August 19, 1958 to the late Ludwig J. and Betty J. Trgina and lived most of his life in the New Kensington/Arnold area.

John was a 1976 graduate of Valley High School and continued his education at Bell & Howell School of Electronics. He worked for many years for Honeywell and at ZOLL Medical Corporation.

Johnny had a quick wit and loved the outdoors, camping and fishing and spending time with his buddies.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother George. He is survived by his daughter Tara J. Trgina (Jake) of Gilpin Township and sisters Kathy Zampogna and Louanne (James) Sapia and many nieces and nephews.

Friends and family will be received at Giunta-Bertucci Funeral Home, 1509 Fifth Avenue, Arnold, PA on Thursday July 31st from 4:00pm – 7:00pm. A memorial service will be held prior to the viewing at 3:00 pm. Burial will be private.
