Mark A. Starr

Mark A. Starr, aka ,Woody, passed away in his sleep on  November 14th 2021 in the comfort of his home located in Arnold Pa. Mark was born on August 3,1965 to the late Joyce Joris and John Petrilla  in New Kensington, Pennsylvania.

Mark was the type of man that would find the best in everyone. But, most importantly he wanted to make you laugh and feel loved all the time.

He retained a hard working ethic along with his adoration and love to his immediate family and extended family.

Mark attended Valley High School and married his high school sweetheart Vicki (Campbell) Starr. They had two children, Markus and Santana. Mark served in the United States Army, in Korea,as part of a tank crew member. 

                ◦              Mark was a self taught musician that could play the guitar, drums and piano. Mark also was a softball player ,golfer and an avid fisherman often fishing along several areas around the tri area. Mark was definitely a true Pittsburgh Yinzer, loving the Steelers and Pirates. Roberto Clemente was his all time favorite.

Mark is survived by his wife Vicki Starr, son Markus Starr (Korina Cecchetti), his daughter Santana Starr.
