Marlene L. Mirich, 60, of Apollo, passed away Wednesday, March 2, 2022, at UPMC Passavant hospital, Pittsburgh. She was born Oct. 22, 1961, in Pittsburgh, to Dorothy (Borowski) Fink, of Penn Hills, and the late Otha Fink. Marlene was married to the late Eli Mirich, who died in 2010. She enjoyed cooking, baking, camping, fishing and boating. Also, she had a good sense of humor, and enjoyed the simple pleasures of life. She was a hardworking, selfless person, who always put family first. Survivors include daughter, Chelsea (Josh) Cecchetti, of Greensburg; two sons, Nicholas Riggins, of White Oak, and Cody Riggins, of Monroeville; her significant other, Marty McCoy; a granddaughter, Gianna Cecchetti; and a grandson in the very near future. Also, she is survived by two brothers, Mike Fink, of Florida, and Mark (Liz) Fink, of Greensburg; a sister, Michelle (Eric) Kushman, of North Carolina; and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday, at GIUNTA-BERTUCCI FUNERAL HOME INC., 1509 Fifth Ave., Arnold, PA 15068, JohnPaul Bertucci owner-supervisor. Prayers of transfer will take place at 9:30 a.m. Monday in the funeral home followed by a funeral Mass at 10 a.m. in Mt. St. Peter R.C. Church, 100 Freeport Road, New Kensington, PA 15068.
