Clara May Toney, 90, of New Kensington, passed away Monday, May 9, 2022, in The Willows, Oakmont. She was born June 14, 1931, in Pittsburgh, to the late Rinaldo and Elvira Santucci. She is survived by her husband of 70 years, John "Hubby" Toney, of New Kensington. She was preceded in death by brothers, Anthony and Alfonso Santucci; as well as sisters, Annie Campana and Lena Egelsky. Clara was a member of Mt. St Peter Roman Catholic Church in New Kensington and worked at Bell Telephone prior to her marriage. She loved cooking and spending time with her children and grandchildren, and she enjoyed having lunch with "the girls," her lifetime friends. She is survived by her son, Phillip (Bunny) Toney, of New Kensington; and daughters, Renee (Mark) Nadzam, of Lower Burrell, Leslie (Mike) Orr, of Florida, and Kathleen (Buddy) Waltonbaugh, of New Kensington. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and brother, Guido Santucci. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, May 12, in the GIUNTA-BERTUCCI FUNERAL HOME INC., 1509 Fifth Ave., Arnold, JohnPaul Bertucci, owner/supervisor. A funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, May 13, at Mt. St. Peter Roman Catholic Church. Everyone please meet at the church. Burial will be private.
