Sylvia Ruth Kilgore

Sylvia R Kilgore, 56, of Lower Burrell, passed away on August 5, 2022 at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.  She was born on December 28, 1965 in Lower Burrell to the late Ray and Margaret (Walsh) McNeal.  Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by five brothers and one sister.  Sylvia loved her work, helping those in need, especially in the Alzheimer and Dementia units at Amber Woods.  She had an unbelievable strength within her to fight her cancer battle to the very end.  Loving and spending time with her family and friends brought great joy to her life.  She is survived by two sons, Ray Kilgore III and Chris (Krystle) Kilgore both of Tarentum and two daughters, Jessica Kilgore-Bastin and Laci Kilgore both of Lower Burrell.  Sylvia is also survived by one brother, 15 grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.  Burial will be private.  Arrangements are in the care of Giunta-Bertucci Funeral Hone, Inc., 1509 Fifth Avenue, Arnold, JohnPaul Bertucci, Owner/Supervisor.  To  leave an online condolence, visit www.giunta-bertucci.com.
