Teresa (Luchetta) DaPos

Teresa (Luchetta) DaPos, 86, of Arnold, PA, passed away on Saturday, July 9, 2022, after a brief illness.  She was born in Fregona (Province of Belluno) Italy on November 2, 1935 and was the youngest child of the late Francesco Antonio Luchetta and the late Ermenegilda Scardanzan.  She met her husband from America in 1960 when he was visiting relatives.  She was married in 1961 and immigrated to the United States.  Teresa was a member of Mt. St. Peter Roman Catholic Church in New Kensington, PA.  Her greatest joys were working in the garden and cooking for her family.  She also enjoyed teaching Conversational Italian for many years and getting together with her friends. Teresa was preceded in death by her husband Elio DaPos and her eight older siblings.  She is survived by her three sons and daughters-in-law Frank and Mary Jo DaPos, John and Jamie DaPos, and Robert and Lori DaPos and four grandchildren Michael, Elio, Milana, and Giuliana.  Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 13 at the Giunta-Bertucci Funeral Home, Inc., 1590 Fifth Avenue, Arnold, JohnPaul Bertucci, owner/supervisor.  Prayers of transfer will take place Thursday, July 14, 2022 at 12:30 p.m. in the funeral home followed by a funeral mass at 1:00 p.m. at Mt.
