William Deray Bonatti M.D.

Dr. William Deray Bonatti, passed away Oct. 18, 2021, in Florida, at the age of 83 from an indolent non-Hodgkin's B cell lymphoma. Dr. Bonatti lived in New Kensington since his birth in 1933, practicing medical and surgical ophthalmologist with his father and then later solo after his father retired. In 1998, Bill retired first to Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., after 35 years in ophthalmology and 43 years in the medical profession. Later, he moved to Vero Beach, Fla. Family and friends will remember Dr. Bonatti from 9 a.m. until time of service at 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 15, 2022, at the GIUNTA-BERTUCCI FUNERAL HOME INC., 1509 Fifth Ave., Arnold, JohnPaul Bertucci owner/supervisor.  Dr. Bonatti will be interred at Greenwood Memorial Park Cemetery, Lower Burrell, alongside his predeceased parents, Anthony C. Bonatti, M.D. and Theresa Deray Bonatti; grandparents, Lawrence Deray and Madeline Christopher Deray; and his son, William D. Bonatti Jr. William is survived by Marilyn Sullivan Bonatti, his wife of 54 years. He is survived by his son, Christopher Bonatti (Kathleen), and their children, Andrew and Matthew, all living in Casper, Wyo., and their son, Thomas, living in Indianapolis, Ind.
